RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return authorisation is required before sending any item back. Please contact us first — do not ship a return without confirmation from us.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Only courier or tracked delivery will be accepted.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us with photos (and, where relevant, a short video) before sending anything back, so we can confirm the issue in advance. 

Items returned that not matching the original item(s) will not be refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is authorised and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
